In May 2024, after an initial research visit to St. Maarten in February, members of our Yes, And Community members joined Gesel in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles to test the questions of Yes, And beyond the continental US. Hosted by Lisa Pegram and The Oasis Files by Lisa P, we rested, shared meals and stories with community members, and conducted interviews. We attended Liberation Day festivities and even learned the Ponum Dance, the national dance of St, Maarten. We further explored our methodology of un-doing with members of the Pivot Party and held a community sharing on the Phillipsburg, Sint Maarten pier.
